The platform allows for a wide variety of places to be listed, ranging from rooms, attics, or basements to land, warehouses, mini-storage units, parking spaces, and garages. This variety of options allows users to find the ideal storage space according to their needs.

What is a Host on SpotMe?

A Host is a person who offers one or more spots for rent to temporarily store the belongings of other individuals or businesses through our platform. Hosts earn additional income with SpotMe when they agree to bookings for their space from a certified Renter within our community.

How can I become a Host?

Becoming a Host in the SpotMe community is very simple. When you register, you'll need to complete identity verification, and once you gain full access, you can list the available spaces you have for rent! You can upload a variety of storage solutions, such as land, parking lots, guesthouses, warehouses, mini-warehouses, rooms, attics, and even closets.

How do I publish a spot on SpotMe?

Posting your ad on the SpotMe community is extremely simple. You can upload as many ads as you have available spaces to rent.

Click on Become a Host to start the process and start earning money! 

Follow these steps:

• Click "Upload Your Spot" in the top right corner.
• Go to "Upload Your Spot" below the example.
• Describe your space in detail. The more information you share, the easier it is to rent.
• Upload photos of the spot. The more images you share and from different angles, the better.
• Set the price you want for your space. Payments will be made monthly.
• Submit your ad for review. Once approved, it will be published so you can start renting.

Do I have to pay to publish my spot?

Posting your storage solution ads on the SpotMe community is free. You'll earn money without spending anything. 

What spots can I host on SpotMe?

On SpotMe, you can offer various storage solutions and spaces for rent. Some examples of accommodations you can offer include:

• Warehouses and mini-warehouses.
• Parking lots/garages/guesthouses/parking spaces.
• Land or plots.
• Apartments or entire houses.
• Individual or shared rooms.
• Attics or additional spaces in your home.
• Closets or cabinets for storing belongings.
• Boat storage.
