If the renter damages the host's rented property, this coverage responds. The key coverage protecting the host.

Theft with violence and/or assault
Loss of stored goods due to theft with violence or assault. Sum insured of $20,000 MXN across all plans.

The most important piece for hosts is Tenant Civil Liability. If the renter damages your property, their Chubb policy responds — without you chasing them.

Our mediation team validates the information, gathers anything missing, and assembles the claim file with Chubb.

Chubb evaluates and resolves
Chubb reviews the case under the policy's general conditions, applies deductibles if applicable, and issues a resolution.

You receive payment
Payment is issued directly to the insured under the coverage terms. SpotMe follows up until the case closes.
