How we started

From a real frustration to a platform that today moves thousands of renters and hosts every month.

Two backgrounds, one vision for LatAm
We started SpotMe because each of us had lived half the problem. Daniel spent five years at CBRE placing industrial warehouses and AAA bodegas during the nearshoring boom — 80% of the work went into finding and showing spaces, not closing deals. Jules spent five years at Zillow watching what a real marketplace does to a fragmented market. The same fragmentation was still intact in Mexico: WhatsApp, PDFs, quote-by-quote. SpotMe is the infrastructure that was missing — and we're building it for all of LatAm.
