The price has two parts: (1) storage, charged per m² occupied and discounted by plan length — from $570/m² month-to-month, $456/m² with a 6+ month plan, and $399/m² with a 12+ month plan; and (2) pickup and delivery, quoted separately based on volume, floor, and access. We send you a personalized quote with both parts after your request, with no commitment.
No, transport is quoted separately from storage. The base fee covers loading or unloading at your ground-floor entrance. Upper floors, patio access, stairs without a freight elevator, furniture assembly/disassembly, or packing are extra and confirmed when quoting. Price also depends on actual volume, distance to the operations hub, and access complexity. Quoting it separately lets us give you a fair price instead of a flat fee for a service you didn't need.
The price is calculated by m² of warehouse floor space (not by m³ of volume). For reference: 30 medium boxes ≈ 1-2 m², a furnished bedroom ≈ 3-4 m², a 2-bedroom apartment ≈ 5-7 m². The specialist confirms the exact size when sending your quote — if you share a list or photos of what you're storing, the estimate is more precise.

The service is scheduled — not instant. Pickups and deliveries typically take 2 to 5 days from when you request them, depending on operator availability. For urgent cases, let us know when you quote and we'll review options.
The month-to-month plan exists ($570/m²) and gives you maximum flexibility. The 6-month ($456/m²) and 12-month ($399/m²) plans offer a better rate if you know storage will be longer term. We help you pick the right plan when quoting.
On the month-to-month plan, yes — you give us notice and we coordinate delivery. On the 6 or 12 month plans you can ask for your things back any time, but the remaining months get billed at the average of what you've already paid. Example: on a 6+ plan, if you paid $1,000 in months 1-2 and $500 in month 3 and decide to leave, months 4-6 are adjusted to the average of your prior payments. It's a fair exit — you pay for what you used, not a flat penalty. Final terms confirmed when quoting.

For security reasons, customer access to the warehouses isn't typically allowed. That's why we pick up and deliver whenever you need.
