Renters want to rent a space easily; all they need to do is search our platform for the ideal space to fit their needs. SpotMe has storage solutions ranging from warehouses to parking spots to closets and other places to store their belongings.

Hosts are those who have unused space and want to generate passive income by making use of it. They publish warehouses, storage units, or parking spots on SpotMe, set their own rates, and approve Renters, which generates greater trust and safety in the community and SpotMe.

What is a Host?

On SpotMe, a Host is a person who offers one or more spots for rent to store other people's or businesses' belongings temporarily. Hosts earn passive income through payments received from Renters.

What is a Renter?

A Renter is a person who rents one or more of the spots published on SpotMe by Hosts. In these spaces, they can store all kinds of goods, from vehicles to personal or business items.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

The Renter's primary responsibility is to end their reservation through the SpotMe app or website to avoid future payments. Renters can do this on the Rentals page once all belongings are removed from the storage spot.

What commission does SpotMe charge?

SpotMe charges a minimal commission on the spot rental fee, meaning the Host receives what they requested, not less. This fee enables SpotMe to provide you with a secure platform, customer support, and other essential services.

Do I have to pay to host my spot?

No. Posting your spaces, warehouses, or parking spots for rent on SpotMe is completely free.

Can I choose which reservations I want to approve?

Yes. Hosts determine the rental conditions for their accommodation and must approve the Renter.
